I highly recommend this book to encourage young girls to live to please Jesus and not let the world dictate to them how they should look, think, talk, or behave socially. Also for those who do not really understand what being worldly really is and do not have godly parents to guide them in the ways of God. This book encourages young girls to live godly in Christ Jesus, to live pure, clean lives that they will not look back in regret and be ashamed of their past.
I bought this book for my 11 yr old daughter. I read it before I gave it to her and highly approve. I must add I am quite picky about what my children read. My daughter just loves the book and has read it many times. I have seen her refer to it when situations arise in daily life.
I would also recommend this book for teenagers who desire to live for the Lord, as well as for women who didn't receive Godly training before marriage and children.
What a wonderful resource this book is. If you are looking for truly Godly material for girls, this book is just wonderful. I only wish we could find more like this.

This is a book I have bought several copies of now, as I lend it out and it doesn't come back because the lender likes it too much ) And I feel it is a must to keep around. It really focuses on a preteen as they face the struggle of figuring out their way in what the world tells them is important.
This is a great read aloud for moms and daughters to discuss values of womanhood and what true womanhood looks like. Encouraging to realize the importance of decisions we make.
This is an excellent book, however this printing of it is very hard to read! The setup of the pages is more like you are reading a lengthy newspaper article, it's not really even divided into chapters. It just runs on and on with the chapter numbers slip in every once in a while. So. Definitely read this book! It is an encouraging teaching to our young ladies to be godly LADIES again! But find it in an easier to read version!
